Da Vito reopened in June 2025, when Chef Vito and family brought authentic Italian dishes back to the community of New Milton. Every recipe is rooted in tradition, made with quality ingredients and served with the same warmth you'd find at an Italian family table.
Da Vito is run by Chef Vito, alongside Michael, Francesca and our close-knit front of house team. We’re a family-run restaurant with our own character, our own traditions and a genuine love for what we do.

We’re open Tuesday through Sunday, offering both lunch and dinner service. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:30, while dinner service runs from 18:00 until 23:00.
Da Vito is conveniently located in the heart of Old Milton, just a short distance from New Milton town centre and High Street.
For those travelling by public transport, Da Vito is well connected by local bus services, with the nearest stops at Old Milton Green and The Green just a 2–3 minute walk away.
If you're travelling further, Da Vito is approximately 10 minutes by taxi from Christchurch and around 20–25 minutes from Bournemouth, depending on traffic.
Limited parking is available directly outside the restaurant, with additional parking available on nearby side streets just a short walk away.
